WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE? We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturer defects. If you feel you received a defective product, please contact us. Because dogs will be dogs, normal wear and tear and/or damage is to be expected, and therefore not covered under our guarantee. Collars are not guaranteed or recommended for use under any tie-out circumstances, please provide supervision with all our toys and remove if damage is detected. WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept payment via PayPal. CAN I PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER? Yes, if you prefer to pay by check or money order, you can print your order from our website and mail it to us along with your check or money order. HOW DO YOUR PRODUCTS SHIP? Orders within the USA ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please email us at bark@thenoseydog.com for an estimate for international shipping. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? In-stock orders placed by 3pm CT are shipped within 1-2 business days. You will be notified of any exceptions. Standard shipping time is generally 3-9 business days. Certain items (custom beds, personalized items, etc.) are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and may require additional time for delivery. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES? Our shipping charges are based on the total cost of your purchase. The charges below apply to standard sized items only. If you order an oversized or custom-made item, we will notify you of the shipping charge before we ship the item to you. STANDARD DELIVERY (3-9 business days) $0 - $50 = $5 $50.01+ = FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY* (2-3 business days) 0 - $50 = $22.90 $50.01 - $125 = $25.90 $125.01 - $200 = $28.90 $200.01+ = $32.90 NEXT DAY* (1 business day) 0 - $50 = $27.90 $50.01 - $125 = $30.90 $125.01 - $200 = $33.90 $200.01+ = $37.90 * Order must be placed by 1pm CT. Express Delivery and Next Day Delivery are valid for in-stock items only. I LIVE OVERSEAS - CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER? Absolutely! Shipping charges will be added at the time of shipping. Please email bark@thenoseydog.com for an international shipping quote. Our shopping cart is set for US domestic rates only. Some oversized items may not be available for shipment overseas. Due to the different regulations and weight restrictions in different countries, our shopping cart cannot accurately calculate the actual shipping charges on international orders, therefore these charges are only ESTIMATES. If the charges are more than what is calculated in the shopping cart, we will contact you via email with the total charge. In addition, there may be customs and/or broker fees assessed to your package when the package enters your country. We cannot estimate or control these costs. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? You must be absolutely satisfied with everything you purchase from The Nosey Dog™. If for any reason you are not delighted with any product you buy from us, just return it in “as purchased” condition within 30 (thirty) days. We will promptly exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In these cases, please see “My order arrived damaged/incorrect, what now?” In the case of exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping charges. Please allow 5-10 days for returns and exchanges to be processed. IMPORTANT: Before you ship a return/exchange, please email returns@thenoseydog.com, or call 817-430-4500 (toll free 877-290-2338) for a return RMA #. This number MUST be included on your return invoice. Returned and exchanged items must be UNWORN, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED, and ALL tags must still be attached. Damages to or omission of tags and original packaging from your return/exchange may result in a fee. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: • Edible items • Custom items (except for manufacturer's defects) • Sale and seasonal items, including Holiday items Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO? If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us, by phone or email, within 48 hours of receipt. We will email you a USP Ground return label to place on the outside of the box so you can drop your package of at any UPS location. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item. WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE? Please send your return or exchange to: The Nosey Dog ATTN: Returns 1550 Bridle Bit Road Flower Mound, Texas 75022 HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE? Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and include the invoice with RMA# and explanation why the item is being returned and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We recommend that you ship your return by a trackable method such as UPS or FedEx. If items are lost or damaged on their return trip to us, we cannot make a refund. If you are requesting an exchange, please note what product you would like in exchange for the one you are returning. Items received more than 30 days beyond the purchase date will be returned to you at our expense. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED? Once your package has been received at The Nosey Dog, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from The Nosey Dog. The Nosey Dog™ Gift Certificates are available in email form or physical gift certificate. If you prefer to give a physical gift certificate, please contact us at bark@thenoseydog.com. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If an order exceeds the amount of a given gift certificate, the customer must pay for the balance with a credit card if online, or by cash, check or credit card if in person.
