Meet Woody
July 2010
This is Woody, a lab/pit mix rescued from the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region. As soon as I saw his photo in our local newspaper, I went to see him, and he crawled in my lap and gently nibbled my ear. He now lives with us in Monument, Colorado. Woody has Discoid Lupus, so his nose gets chapped and bleeds in the UV light of the sun in our 7000ft high altitude. We coat his nose with cortizone and sunscreen every day. Woody is a Nosey Dog!
He loves to go on walks, and play with his sister, Annabel Lee, who is an Aussie/Retriever mix. He LOVES his blue dragon, red moose, and the bunny from the Nosey Dog. He sleeps with them in his Coolaroo Cot.
